Mela Peel: Remove Dark Spots on Dark Skin

Mela Peel is a mild peel that addresses problems of hyperpigmentation on dark and mixed skin.

Characteristic of dark skin

Mixed and dark skin has more melanin than light skin. The darker the color of the skin, the greater the melanin content. Melanic pigments shield the skin from ultraviolet sunlight.

Advantage:

Colored skin provides improved protection against skin aging symptoms and wrinkles.

Disadvantages:

In winter, when the air is dry and cold, dark skin is dehydrated. The skin becomes rough with a granular texture and generates an excess of sebum that causes acne breakouts.

Before the session

Fifteen days or even one month before the session, the patient prepares the skin by applying a cream that reduces melanogenic activity and prevents potential pigment rebounds.

During the session

Mela Peel prevents the formation of melanin while controlling the activation of melanocytes, which removes the spots and unifies the color of the skin. A session is adequate, but often two sessions are recommended at intervals of one month, depending on the result obtained. We can renew treatment after one year, if necessary.

Recovery

There is no social foreclosure at all. The client has simple redness for a few hours.
